Lieutenant Sarah Min Bai looked up as the automatic doors opened to reveal the newest arrival. "Good morning, General Terang" the Singapore native called to the newly appointed head of the Southeast Asian Defense Force.

"Good morning, Lieutenant Bai" General Ahendra Terang replied somewhat tiredly to his aide-de-camp. As he passed by, the lieutenant quickly fell in step with the general, and extended a manila folder to him. "This contains details of the situation in Indonesia."

"Thank you". General Terang took the folder and began to read it. He paused briefly to let out a deep yawn, followed by some annoyed mumbling as he resumed his reading.

"What was that, sir?"

"Oh, its nothing. I'm just frustrated with the whole damn incident in London. Scotland Yard couldn't find any leads, and on top of that, my flight was delayed on account of severe weather. Finally got on a red eye, could barely sleep..." His voice trailed off as he continued to examine the contents of the folder his eyes narrowing as he gained a quizzical look on his face.

"Lieutenant," General Terang asked, stopping in the middle of the hallway, "why does this document say that the Dutch have seized control of several islands in Indonesia?"

"That's because the Dutch have seized control of several islands. Earlier this morning, reports came in that Dutch troops, supported by Nod forces, overran Sulawesi, Timor, the Moluccas, and the Lesser Sunda Islands.

"Why the hell didn't the navy stop this from happening?!" the general cried, exasperated.

"They didn't stoop it because they didn't know what it was. The Dutch were transporting their forces on stolen English cargo ships. by the time anyone knew what was happening, their forces had already landed."

"Son of a-have the Dutch landed on anywhere else?"

"No, sir. That is the good news. President Yudhoyono has mobilized the nation's army reserves and is calling for military aid from the GDI."

"Good. I'll contact Umar Malik and have him arrange a metting with the President." General Terang began to speed towards his office. "And called Lieutenant General Khanderia and tell him to get his ass over here!" he called over his shoulder

SEADF Orders
-Build 1 level 1 base at each of the two positions highlighted (in purple) below ($4)
-Bank $1
Spoiler :

Director of WADI, Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, wrote the military purchases quickly.

1.) "Fort Sahara shall be built in the province northeast of our current holdings for $2,000,000 ($2)

2.)An infantry regiment shall be raised for, again, $2 million.

3.) The last million will be banked."

  • Build 1 Base in Murzuq
  • Build 1 Base in Mali
  • Bank 1 ¤

Build a level one base in the light blue provinces for 4 credits.
Bank the remaining 1 credit.

The delegate from central Africa sat at her seat in the concil. The first four million had been easily distributed to integrate two more provinces with a population mostly of the forgotten. But one final credit was a matter of much debate. Those that supported military wanted to make an army. Those that supported expansion wanted to bank it. The fact that the concil had decided this much was already unusual. Now though it was 7pm and no one expected any miracles. Tiberik, the head general was arguing with several delegates from various provinces. Suddenly, much to everyones surprise the delegate from the capital (he was the unoficial concil leader) declared a vote on the matter. Debate was, surprisingly halted. No one overruled the dicison. Everyone cast their votes. The result was close, but it was in favor of banking the money.

Thornton awoke hearing the news about the GDI conference called for in London and yelled "NO!!!!", causing his secretary to run in immediately.

thor-movie-photo-39-550x366.aspx

He promptly orders his secretary to issue a statement for him.

We will hold a counter-GDI conference in Stockholm and call upon all Nod nations to attend this meeting. We strongly suggest that no neutral nations attend the London Conference and listen to the lies of the GDI.

NOTE: The control of Tiberium he has in his Hammer

With that done, Thorton carefully considered his next steps to stop the spread of the GDI lies.

The Council of Cod, the supreme council of the Brotherhood of Cod took their places at the table. The second in command of the Brotherhood, Matthew Anderson, had called an emergency meeting.

"Mr. Anderson, we've all arrived, where is Sir Miller? Shouldn't the High Commander of the Brotherhood of Cod be in attendance?" said one of the delegates, a high ranking officer from the Baffins.

Matthew Anderson stared at the officer, and told him "patience, all will be explained. I have called this council together to discuss the condition of our leader. He is no longer fit to command, and should be forced out. I propose-"

"WHAT!" said every assembled member of the council. "We cannot do that, he is beloved by the men, a common hero! He organized the protests and the revolt, he is responsible for our powerful position!" said the officer.

"Yes.... but he's also gone completely insane. I'm not quite sure what exactly has come over him, but in recent weeks he's been acting more and more strange." replied Anderson.

"How strange?"

Anderson stepped out of the room and called out for the guards to bring the leader of the BoC. Footsteps could be heard, approaching very quickly. Anderson stepped away from the door, as it was suddenly kicked in.

As the door collapsed, a cry of "I AM THE GODDAMN BATMAN" rang out. A curved object was thrown, and hit the officer from the Baffins square in the face. The other council members were about to yell out for help, until they noticed that the "goddamn batman" was dressed in dark pajamas. A quick inspection revealed that it was actually Miller, and the object he had thrown was a banana.

"EVIL HAS BEEN VANQUISHED! THE GODDAMN BATMAN HAS SAVED THE WORLD! I DECLARE THIS REGION A PROVINCE OF BATMANISTAN!"

The officer from the Baffins stood up, nursing his injury.

"I see. That strange. Can we please get him out of here? Batmanistan, how ridiculous." he inquired. The guards came in, restrained Miller, and carried him away, as he repeatedly screamed that he was the goddamn batman and should be released.

"Well, Mr. Anderson, under such circumstances, I do believe you are correct in asking for him to be deposed; unfortunately he is extremely popular with the people, we can't just get rid of him" said one council member.

"We could declare an emergency and have the council rule directly. Miller would stay in his post, but he'd be naught but a figurehead. I would take my place as head of the council." said Anderson.

"Fine. But let us get down to business. We have begun infiltrating the region of...."

BROTHERHOOD OF COD ORDERS
$2 to building a base in the Washington/Oregon/Idaho province
$2 to building two militia

Miller will be an absurdist comic relief type personality. He will make frequent appearances in the BoC RP posts, but most of the administration is done by the considerably saner Matthew Anderson and the Council of Cod.

Old Castro looked at the man, his piecring eyes looking beyond the man's head, as if they were studying his thoughts. He finally backed away and smirked. The man had died a gruesome death. He was nailed to the wall by his hands, and a blade had ripped open his torso, spilling what was once the man's insides all over the floor. But so was the fate of a Worshipper, a servent of the Great Old One. He needs blood, and they know that one day that will have to pay the price to feed it.

Old Castro drew a cloth and wiped the blood from the blade before turning around and leaving. Several men came and took the body down, and threw it into a flame in the center of the room. As Old Castro left, he repeated the phrase that had become the foundation of the Followers, " Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn."

The Military Head Quarters in Maracaibo was an Imposing structure. It took the form of a great cathedral and served both as a Command Post and a place where Kane could be worshiped. Above the large wooden doors was carved a dark motto "We Must Dissent". And underneath was carved a name " - Sister Miriam Godwinson". The quote came from one of the pillars of Kane's preaching in Gran Columbia. The sister was an inspiration to all and the force behind the construction of many of the cathedrals that littered the nation.

Once through the grand doorways one would be presented with the vastness of the complex. The floor was a brilliant tilled pattern and the walls a dark granite, the eastern wall was comprised of a single, massive, red stained glass window divided up by an intricate lattice of black metal, the ceiling rose hundreds of meters up into the sky and metal walkways, staircases and small rooms crisscrossed the view. These walkways connected the many offices that were carved into the granite walls. These rooms of solid rock housed the elite of Gran Columbia's Military and Governing bodies. It was in these tombs of stone that policy and war plans were made alike while underneath them in the massive space Brothers and Sisters preached the good word of Kane.

In one of these rooms housed so lovingly in the stone walls three men sat around a table that was covered in maps and plans of the Caribbean. The man seemed to be awfully bothered about something and from the looks of the maps you could see why.

Depicted on them was the two major powers in the region - Themselves and the GDI Central American Task force. While the Puanarianists held onto the coast of south America the GDI occupied the majority of Mexico. Thankfully they were protected from a land assault by Panama - an area which had completely succumbed to the growth of Tiberium and any commander wanting to pass through that area would be a fool.

This left them with their current dilemma for if you can't attack by land then the logical choice is the sea.

"Look, I know that it would have its uses but we can't overextend ourselves." The voice was Spanish with a noticeable Venezuelan influence. It came from Emmanuel
Hernandez, the leader of the Gran Colombian's extensive militia. "The Brotherhood is not as unified as it once was, if anything we should stay as we are and prepare to meet the GDI when they come to us."

The other two men were Benedict Tiberius Greene and Captain Luke Gallagher; the first being Supreme commander of Nod military activity in the area, and the second head of the Brotherhood Admiralty in the Caribbean. Benedict was a broad man with wide shoulders but Gallagher was larger still and towered above the other two.

"We need a new base," This was Gallagher's voice "Or else we wont be able to properly defend against the inevitable GDI attack from Mexico."

"It's neither of your decisions to make my friends." Benedict now spoke "And personally I think its been a long time since we last went down to the club... I'm going for Havana."

After some other matters had been settled the meeting was closed and Benedict set off across the metal walkways. He had never been to comfortable on them as he wasn't altogether happy with heights and so when he did cross them he always tried to make himself not look down... And he always failed. Every now and again he would glance down into the vast pit of the Cathedral and feel a wave of nausea come across him.

So today as always he tried to cross as quickly as possible. He marched across the walkway to a door in the granite wall across the building from him, he passed many colleges also doing their business - delivering files or documents, stopping off at the suspended offices, chatting with other adjudants and secretaries.

Benedict quickly reached the office he wanted and entered without knocking - as he was always welcome in that office he saw no reason to - He opened the door only to see his trusted friend Tom embraced with the cultural minister in a passionate kiss; which was quite unexpected considering that they were both two of the shyest people who worked in the cathedral.

He quickly closed the door.

Since Tom was "Not available" he decided the next best thing would be to discus matters with Mr. Krug who would undoubtedly be sitting in the large room which housed the Cathedral's great organ. Krug had made an office their next to it and also went to great lengths to ensure he was the only one who got to play it. When Benedict reached the organ room he found Krug in one of his irritable moods.

So he went and hurried back to his own office and sat down at his cluttered desk. He sighed a long sigh...

Everyone seemed so busy - why did they never have time to just hear of his plans for a night at their old Havana club...

Never mind.

A small lead plated truck moved across the border of the Central African Tiberium Blob. Its driver, Roger and his pet tebirium fiend had been tasked with mapping the changes of the blob. Suddenly, the vehicle stopped and the engine coughed and died. Roger came out to examine the engine. Roger's tiberium mutation had made him nearly fully tiberium resistant, and, even stronger near the substance. It also gave him a large dark scar where his hand had struck the crystal long ago. Roger examined the engine, finding tiberium to have crystallized inside. He quickly removed the contaminant. Suddenly his tiberium fiend began to bark loudly. Roger instinctively jumped back. He was just in time. A Veinhole opened were he stood seconds ago. Roger jumped into the truck and hit the gas. The vehicle sputtered to life and quickly continued along the edge of the tiberium field.

Is there room for one more?

If possible, I could take a GDI faction (to replace a dropped player or take on an npc)
