I would like assistance from players that live in substantially altered regions of the world (aka, anything that's not China/India) to name their geographical regions. If not, I'll just do it for you.

I don't see why besides some Hellenic and Anglo-Saxon references the many Amerindian placenames on the American Arcadian continent couldn't be used.

Historical Swedish place names for the areas of Sweden and Finland should work fine enough. (Probably same for Danish/Norwegian place names in their respective locations as well) If you need any specific location from there you can ask me.
