Tom DeLay - Murderer, hypocrite, or both?

I see him as a man that does not particularly care about the truth, I think he is a good person
Can he be both of these?

Tom DeLay did not have a vested interest in his father dying. Do you really think that DeLay wanted to see his father die? Besides that, the entire DeLay family came to an agreement on their father/husband.
Do you know that Tom Delay did not inherit any money or other assets from his father? Did his father have any life insurance? I am surprised that you have actually seen the will.

Yep, everyone lies, and lies are often justifiable.

Michael Schiavo on the other hand, does. He has had 2 illegitimate children with his girlfriend outside of his marriage.

A. Her parents encouraged him to "move on" and start dating other people.

B. The Court has ruled that this is not a factor since there is no evidence that he ever neglected Terri

He also stands to collect a substantial sum of money after she dies.

A. The money Terri won is almost gone since it had to be spent on all the silly appeals that her parents kept bringing up.

B. He has said numerous times he wouldnt take the money if by that action it would eliminate the "conflict of interest" charge

C. If he was in it for the money he could of taken any of many multi-million dollar offers that people have put out trying to bribe him into changing his mind.

The 65-year-old DeLay, his brother, Jerry, and their wives were trying out a tram the brothers had built to ferry their families up and down a 200-foot slope from their backyard home in Canyon Lake, Texas, to the edge of the lake when the tram roared out of control and jumped the tracks on Nov. 17, 1988.

Charles DeLay was pitched headfirst into a tree.
Unbelieveable. 200-foot being about 60 meters and they decided the best thing to do was to build a tram? Which subsequently `roared' out of control? If only they did it a few decades earlier then Darwin may have successfully blocked his genes.

Surely Tom DeLay must have known this would come up?

Is Tom Delay a murderer? No, i dont think so. .I dont think either of these circumstances count as murder

Is Tom Delay a terrible public servant with little/no ethics and a total hypocrite? You better belive it.

I have nothing but contempt for him, and i hope more double standards like these are brought out into the public eye
