I've found/read about 4 so far:
  • Artist specialists now give 3:c5culture: instead of 1:c5culture:
  • Barbarians no longer fortify/refortify every turn (constant 50% instead of 25%)
  • Monasteries now give 2:c5culture: PER Incense and Wine, before it was just a flat 2:c5culture: if they existed regardless of amount.
  • Longhouse also gives a flat 2:c5production: like the workshop.
  • Atolls now appear in the base game (1:c5food: 1:c5production: ocean 'features')
  • Helicopters can no longer capture cities

Anyone find anything else?

Something seems different with workers. My workers stopped doing what they were doing when there was an enemy anywhere in sight, instead of within movement range. This was quite annoying in my last game.

I second the worker thing - even if they are nowhere near the worker in question, workers constantly stop building improvements to get new orders. An icon or indicator of why would be very helpful and stop me from walking away from my unimproved tiles. Sometimes I have to scroll a full screen over to find the barb that is worrying them.

Worker thing is annoying. You actually lose a worker turn if you don't let him work a tile manually.

Re the worker thing, maybe it's time for one of you to report it in Bug Reports. If not at cfc, then at 2k's forum. A gamesave would help a lot in either case, I'm sure.

well there is a ton of changes to wonders costs. Large increases to early game wonders, they weren't refered to individually in the patch notes but were refered to as a whole.

Can only build 1 or 2 now if your lucky instead of all of them(on king) atleast. Pretty big change for a builder.

I recall the worker issue being there last patch. Anything that goes within 2 tiles of a worker will wake it, even if it moves into and out of that area on the same turn.

When you choose the social policy where you don't pay maintenance for your garrisoned units, those garrisons are referred to as Missiles in the mouseover at the economic overview. :D
It's not a bug, but a feature.

Players of Civ4 were constantly complaining about workers still working tiles that can be captured by the enemy. It is a welcome change. Not all units have 2 movement points :)

It seems to me that you cannot get a second upgrade on an unit via ruins. Earth map, renaissance, and I've taken about 10 ruins in Indonesia and Australia with the same scout (upgraded archer via ruins, upgraded crossbowman with gold), no further upgrade.

er, they fixed that awhile ago.

cool, I'll have to check these out and redo my list of required fixes. Some of them have been there since the first patch. (Artist specialists/monasteries)

But when the enemy is 15 tiles away or your not a war with any civ, IT IS ANNOYING!!!

BUG BUG BUG

aha, tricky! because missiles have 0 maintenance cost.

The massive increase in wonder costs is worth listing. Only a Liberty player can get an early wonder now (with Meritocracy).

Monasteries were changed in three ways, but only one was documented in the patch notes:

  • Cost reduced from 120 to 100
  • Maintenance reduced to 0
  • Culture given per resource instead of per type

er, they fixed that awhile ago.
With this patch I think, in the former game in february I could do this, now it seems not to work. I guess that makes the pikemen best candidates for ruin hunting on an unpopulated continent, they upgrade directly to rifles.

plus marble/egypt are actually worth something now. I remember my first immortal game I completely ignored early wonders, but eventually I started building them here/there. Are you saying that just for immortal, or is it happening even on king/emperor as well?

they fixed it in december iirc,
