Hwacha (Korea) - 8-3=5 - I'm not sure what to downvote, sho I'll strike Hwacha. Not being able to move and attack at the same turn seems like a quite big disadvantage to me.
Hypaspist (Macedon) - 10
Impi (Zulu) - 16
Jong (Indonesia) - 24
Keshig (Mongolia) - 12
Legion (Rome) - 32+1=33 - I'm one of the people who don't use the chopping, but I have to admit that it's quite good unit - it doesn't need iron and it's stronger than Swordsman. It also comes quite early.

Hetairoi (Macedon/Alexander) – 23 (22+1) --- I am at a loss as to why this unit is rated at 22. There are more than a few positives here. Chopping them out with Magnus (will change with update) not only gets you 25 science per unit when built in your Basilikoi Paides but also a heavy hitting unit that starts w/ 1 promotion and moves 4. This allows you to slam a couple of them into a city then promote and fully heal just as the next chopped unit arrives (and then there were 3). Chop/Rinse/Repeat. Does not require strategic resources. The initial 36 Melee strength is illusory. The operational melee strength is (or will soon be) 46: That’s 36 +5 for a great general and +5 for the bonus Heteroi get for being next to a great general. As we know, knights start at 48. Don’t worry, if you don’t have a great general from building your Basilikoi Paides already, you soon will, as each enemy unit you kill grants you +5 great general points. The unit is also available early in the tech tree with horsemanship. Lastly, if you have access to iron, invest the 25 science you receive for building a Heteroi into Stirrups and upgrade to knights on the quick (but who needs ‘em).
Hwacha (Korea) – 5
Hypaspist (Macedon): - 10

Domrey (Khmer) - 16 - 3 = 13 I love the look of these guys, but they come too late, and take too long to upgrade. Would be much better as a direct unit replacement.

Hypaspist (Macedon) - 11 (10+1) It might be my imagination, but the support bonus seemed quite helpful in my limited experience with these. At the very least, they're a better swordsman replacement than Kongo's.

Malón Raider (Mapuche) - 17
Mamluk (Arabia) - 31
Minas Geraes (Brazil) - 25 = 24 +1 - these badboys can turn up early in the game and scare the **** out of your coastal cities

Hypaspist (Macedon): - 12 (11+1=12) These guys can hit extremely hard if you're willing to use them. Even if you only upgraded 3-4 warriors they can knock over cities with ease.
Impi (Zulu) – 10
Jong (Indonesia) – 25
Keshig (Mongolia) – 6 (9-3=6) They're fancy, expensive and mostly for flavor IMHO.

Impi (Zulu) – 7 = (10-3) Most of the strength of this unit really comes from the Zulu and Shaka's abilities. Little is actually tied to the unit itself.
Jong (Indonesia) – 25
Keshig (Mongolia) – 6
Legion (Rome) - 34 = (33+1) I'll give one more to the Legion. That builder charge is a small economic benefit on top of an already good unit from a military standpoint, not as good of an economic benefit as the Eagle Warrior, but worth an up vote none the less

Domrey (Khmer) - 10 (13-3) A siege unit has no business among the upper tier UUs.
Eagle Warrior (Aztec) - 32
Hetairoi (Macedon/Alexander) – 24 (23+1) All the reasons from my previous post. Apparently way under rated in this game. Once they earn a GG, it's gg.

Eagle Warrior (Aztec): 32 + 1 = 33 (Wow so the Legion gets a single chop - I'll take 10+ chops from this builder factory. It's the best unit by far)
Hetairoi (Macedon/Alexander) – 24
Hwacha (Korea): 5 - 3 = 2 (Found this to be pretty underwhelming the one time I used them but at least it has 2 range so it's better than the the Crouching Tiger)

Eagle Warrior (Aztec): 33 + 1 = 34 You get it from the start. Stronger than the warrior, and gives you free builders
Hetairoi (Macedon/Alexander) – 24
Hwacha (Korea): 2 - 3 = -1 ELIMINATED Not really game changing. The fact that you cannot attack and move in the same turn is annoying. Prefer the field cannon

Viking Longship (Norway/Harald Hardrada) - 15 (18 - 3) Naval units are less useful than land units in general, and this is the weakest of the remaining naval units.
War-Cart (Sumer) - 36 (35 + 1) Available as early as possible. Incredibly strong for the start of the game, with no real weakness and good movement.

Legion (Rome) - 34
Malón Raider (Mapuche) - 17
Mamluk (Arabia) - 32 (31 + 1) We all know how devastating Knights can be. Arabia can build them without Iron, plus they heal at the end of every turn. I fear Saladin when I start next to him.

Domrey (Khmer) - 7 (10-3) I quit building catapults and bombards long ago. Ram+melee beat them all, and Domrey is no exception. What an oversight. This one is certainly less useful as a UU than a certain unique scout eliminated earlier.
Eagle Warrior (Aztec): 35 (34+1) Eagle must soar above all, reasons as before, strong, available from the start, brings builders, only one policy away from Agoge.

Pítati Archer (Nubia) - 35 (34+1) - 70 :c5production: Base (35:c5production: with Ta-Seti, 17.5:c5production: with Agoge) nets you a super archer that deals out 30:c5rangedstrength: a round and can move onto hills or through forests and attack. You will be pumping them out incredibly fast. Contrast this to 27.5:c5production: for a Maneuver War-Cart and 32.5:c5production: for an Agoge Eagle Warrior. If you manage your XP well, by the time you cap your first city, one or two Pitati will be fully upgraded and dishing out 60:c5rangedstrength: per round in the Classical Age. On top of that there are no special mechanics to put into play - just point and shoot.
