I just don't feel the Okihtcitaw is a good unique unit. It takes a lot of promotions for it to get enough combat strength to compete in combat efficiently, I would've preferred the Cree's UU to be something else.

The Garde Imperiale has a lot of combat strength, plus even more on it's home continent. Untouchable for it's time on it's home continent.
