Hi Kathy,
I haven't made Assurancetourix for now (I've looked for a model though), but the lyre is done:

Lyre

Requested by Kathy. A lyre available as an object. It means it have no anims nor squeleton or whatever, so you cannot use it as it is in game. Incidentally, it doesn't make music either.

On which unit/anim would you put that? I had a look at various .kf but haven't found any really interesting.

Thank you for doing this. In facts, I am not sure which .kfm to use for it. Maybe the ancient great engineer (replacing the circle with the lyre and the effect with another graphic). Or the ancient artist, replacing the skull. I don't think there is an existing .kfm which is perfect.

Maybe the modern artist: the lyre in place of the microphone, the right arm swirling, just as if he was playing...

I found a suitable celtic warior that I could reskin for my musician and who fits to the modern great artist skeletton. But I have not tested him ingame.

Would someone be able to make a modern/futuristic Roman and Byzantine soldier? I attached some images of what I thought would make for an interesting and unique look. The first three I thought would be Roman options and the fourth would be Byzantine.

Yes, I think these are better modern Romans.
I'm rather certain that they would switch from kilt to trousers.
Same goes for the cape. I can imagine a cape on Warlord units as part of a ceremonial uniform but it has lost its original purpose.

If you like comics, have a look at "Ave Cesar" from the "Jeremiah" series. You may get inspiration for a new roman civ's lore.
Do you have other pictures of the characters in the first one you posted? I'd be curious to see if the strange red thing they have around their neck is not... a cape...
