G'day Folks,
been making my first foray into civ modding over the last week or so. Just building some Australian UU's for personal use with the Road to War mod. I think I've got the hang of the XML side of things so now I'd like to include some graphics. I spent last night going thorugh this thread and found a couple useful items including Snafu's M3 Stuart (cheers). Anyway as suggested a few times I'm game to have a go learning how to produce the graphics for myself but its going to take some time for me to develop the skills as well as having to wait for my notebook to return from its all expenses paid trip to the OEM for an overhaul
If in the meantime anyone is able to help out with any of the following it would be greatly appreciated.
Matilda (II)
The Matilda was the best British tank of the early war years but 1942 it had been consigned to service in the Far East. Australia employed the Matilda successfully against the Japanese, even developing a flamethrowing variant.

M3 Grant/Lee
Another very important tank of the earlier war years that again ended the war fighting in the Far East. Again employed by Australian armoured units against the Japanese although not as popular as the Matilda.

Sentinel AC1 Tank
The Sentinel Australian Cruiser tank was conceived at a time when it was envisaged that Australia might be facing a war cut off from British industry which hitherto had supplied Australia's military equipment. The original AC1 was armed only with a 2pdr (40mm) gun but the final AC4 variant had been fitted with the powerful 17pdr gun.

CAC CA-1 Wirraway
Originally developed as an adavanced trainer the Wirraway was pressed into service as a front line fighter after Japan attacked in Dec 1941.

CAC CA-21 Boomerang
A follow-on aircraft to the Wirraway developed by CAC the Twin Wasp engine did not develope sufficient power to produce a frontline aircraft as per the state-of -the art in 1942. The Boomerang however did prove to be a capable close air support platform.
