[MOD] v41 SVN and GithubDesktop Bugs and Crashes Single player

I just updated to the latest SVN:- 11378
v41.2.5823 - 2021-09-13 and when I attempted to load my save, it immediately crashed to desktop. Is this a known issue with the latest SVN, or some other problem?
 
Has anyone else noticed the Multiple production research options are not working in 11377? I was playing an eternity game however i tried to bring it up on other speeds and could not locate it.

On starting a new game they do not show as options, or in WB either.

Its not option - it was merged into core like 5 years ago.
I bet outdated docs confused you.

That is you can't choose to play with or without it - its always on
 
Uh I don't think this is intended. I mean I like slow research but this is a little too slow. Running 11379. Screenshot included.

Are you sure its latest SVN (11379)?
You must do recalc

It was issue on 11378, as terrain yields from buildings were broken - variable was uninitialised, so you could get random amount of yield from terrainyield tag in building.

I did a recalc and that is what happened. I did another recalc, the same outcome.
 
I think it's just a recalc issue.
Hmmm they got 210 or so folklore, my nerf is "shift down base by -0.8", Language is where it happens - Folklore requires building that requires Language
It probably got counted twice when this nerf was freshly applied - its shifted down by -170 twice

So he can continue game after issue gets fixed then.

Added 1000 free android workers as a test and i was able to confirm that it was working. However, if using supply units, they overflow instead of applying to the next building, Is that intentional as well?

This may be intentional as to prevent hammer generation from vacuum using those units
 
Hi! How long should it take for a new game to start? Just set up a new game with svn 11380 and the progress bar didn’t move for at least 10 minutes.
Is this normal?

No, what mapscript and its settings you were using?
C2C_World Dryland with 200% bonus density on Gigantic settings can take some time to generate though - this one would be very slow to make.
 
I’m using C2C perfect world gigantic size but no extra resources or rivers. No barbs.
Did you tamper somewhere with map size, that is world size info, or mapscript map size generation?
It generated in 3 minutes for me
 
No, I don’t touch anything except in the game itself. I pretty much use the same settings all the time. I selected all the combat options, which I normally don’t do; size matters, hide and seek, etc

If you didn't touch mod files itself - that is SVN folder has green checkmark, then I'm not sure why it took that much time for you - enable python logging, maybe there was python error?
Upload PythonErr after enabling python logging

edit:
"Break pangea" mapscript option is extremely slow, so don't pick it when generating map on Gigantic size.
