The ANA are acting their usual irresponsible imperialistic self. This does nothing but to escalate the conflict.

The Black Guard Central American Army have launched a surprise attack on the corrupt government in Belize and Guatemala. We have installed a more benevolent government to look after the welfare of the people while we take time to "borrow" supplies and weapons from the Belize and Guatemalan Army and recruit the grateful liberated people to join our armed forces. These are being transferred by railroads to the Central Mexico Army.

Diplomacy:
In response to allegations of imperialism, the ANA points out that it's goal is to supress nationalism. In order to do this, it is trying to make the structure of states as inconsistent as possible with national boundaries. The annexation of Belgium and Luxembourg was part of this strategy.

Actions:
ANA forces begin a war to annex Andorra and significant areas of Spain (to distort the national principle). We make sure, however, not to make our annexations approximate to the lands of the Basques, or the lands known as Catalonia.
