Warlords Patch Coming in October

PLEASE.. fix the damn GUI bug, where Sid's tips randomly stop popping up and I'm unable to type things in.. currently I have to alt-tab out and back into the game to "reset" it. I know this has been an ongoing problem that many users face, but yet after many patches it has not been addressed.. please fix it!

Uhmm.... I might be wrong, but IIRC I saw an option to off Sid Meier's Tip on advances menu.

BTW, where is the patch!!!!
