Dang uni stuff, currently reading a paper trying to find out if bees are born knowing what a flower is, or that they have to learn.

The Motorcycle Diaries, by Ernesto Guevara

The Sword of Shannara by Terry Brooks.

I should be shot.

Just finished "The Vinland Sagas" and now beginning "Norwegian Folktales", for a Scandanavian Literature class that I'm taking.

I'm reading War Trash By Ha Jin. An engrossing read.

A biography about Sartre by the Norwegian sociologist and philosopher Dag Østerberg.
Being the first one that uses Sartre's own biographical method on himself, it is fascinating reading.

Seven Years of Highly Defective People by Scott Adams

It's a book of Dilbert cartoons with some notes about each.

Make Lemonde by Virigina Euwer Wolff.

Reality Dysfunction - Sophie lead me to this one.

its a good one, havn't got around to rereading it quite yet though!

I just finished 'This Boy's Life' by Tobias Wolff. It should be required reading for anyone who thinks that the 1950s in America were an idyllic period. I just started reading '1421,The Year China Discovered America', by Gavin Menzies. According to Menzies the Chinese discovered America 70 years before Columbus did, and they had circumnavigated the globe 100 years before Magellan. Although I recently heard on the radio that some of the maps that Menzies relied upon are questionable, so I guess it is an open question. Still a pretty good read though, lots interesting tidbits about China during that period.

Worlds of Deep Space Nine, Volume two: Trill and Bajor.

Star Trek books are practically the only fiction I read these days.

The Female Eunuch, The Second Sex, Memoirs of a Geisha and the second book in the Ellies chronicles. Oh and my course readings I just got in the mail.

Someone was talking about Digital Fortress the other day, or was it virtual fortress? Anyway, I forgot the author, and was wondering, is it worth me trying out? If anyone has read it, that is :).
