Just about to finish "The Fall of Carthage" by Adrian Goldsworthy,

Then I will move onto Polybius

A Writer at War: Vasily Grossman with the Red Army 1941-1945 -- edited and translated by Anthony Beevor and Luba Vinogradova.

To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee. I can't believe I went through elementary school without reading this. :)

That was one of my favorite classics! :) It is a very compelling story.

Right now I'm just reading my Genetics textbook.

The Ancestor's Tale at present.

I'm halfway through Shutter Island by Dennis Lehane.

And it is, as they say, a real page-turner.

The Moon is a Harsh Mistress, by Robert Heinlein.

I love that book. One of my top three of his.

Just finished reading Empire from the Ashes, the omnibus from David Weber for his Mutineer's Moon series. Lovely premise. I wonder how I'd react if thrown in that situation. Not that it's very likely, but fun to daydream about. Also wading through the Incarnations of Immortality again. Been a while since I've read them, and this series by Piers Anthony I like a lot better than his other works.
