We can hate the politicians, but not the democratic system. We can even vote "None of the Above" or Null vote, or spit phlegm on the vote. What if someone just don't support democracy? Ostracism!

I am sorry to say you seem to think in terms of a "naturality" of things. Structures are as they are supposed to be and if they won't work it is because people don't know how to work the structures.
