Curious to see the difference here.

What is the monthly cost of your internet connection?

Please specify country, if you have free phone call/TV, what speed and bandwith limitation if any.

For me :
France, I have internet + TV + free phone call toward 104 countries + free phone call toward mobile phone, and my internet box can store videos, read DVD or blue ray, and be used as a game console, (although it's a new service and few games are currently available). No bandwith limitation. I have at least 10 Gb available for my website. Speed is 28 Mb/s. Cost is 35.98 € / month.

60 bucks for crappy wifi but I'm deployed to Iraq. When I am back in the states it would be about 50-60 for some fairly good internet and another 40-60 for cable tv. If I wanted everything it would be 150 for good internet, cable, and phone.

Why is the poll in Euros :/

My internet is around $50 Canadian. I assume, since I don't pay the bill (its covered by my rent along with other bills) and that is what I used to pay and get the same speed (~1 megabyte a second downloading). I also currently get cable TV which I never use, don't count and would never pay for if it didn't come with the place.

$40 a month, so that's about €28 (IIRC). Though when we started this plan, $40 was more like €20. For that price we get 30GB (15GB on peak (9am-1am) and 15GB off peak (1am-9am)). Once we reach the limit (which we've only done once or twice on the last couple of days, and never off peak), we don't get charged extra, we just revert to dial-up speed. This plan isn't bundled with any other service.

Too bad, I'd be interested to see the difference between France and neighbour.

I voted 36-45, but I forgot that the Euro's not worth much these days....current exchange rates say it's 34...but that's not the internet.

I pay CHF 45.-- for 5Mbps ADSL with no limit

I have to pay another 25.-- for the phoneline, so it's really 70.-- which would be about 50 euros..

stuff is ridiculously expensive here...

oh, and it's Switzerland :)

It's around 45USD, which I don't think is so bad. I've paid as much as 70 from this company before, but my city apparently has competition.

25 KM ~ 12.78 €

Its a WLAN connection, I have a small satellite dish its about 1 ~ 2 MBps has no limit, the only drawback is that your ping gets high around 17 ~ 18 o'clock and 21 ~ 22 o'clock

I looked it up. Alone the internet (15 mbps it says though I have doubts about it as Ive never seen it that high) is $57.95 Canadian. Its broadband and no bandwidth limits though it does slow down pretty significantly at rush hour.

I dont know how to turn that into euros though

It says 42.2829 Euros.

Put it this way, I wouldn't pay more than £15 per month for internet and never have done. It's hard to give an accurate figure right now, because it comes with my satellite TV package. The TV package costs £20 per month and it's an extra £5 or something for the internet (8mbit d/l, 40Gb monthly limit, which I don't even approach).

If I were to get rid of the TV, I could get 20 mbit d/l and 60Gb usage cap for £11.50 per month, so I voted < €15.

50 bucks a month for a 50mpbs connection. But we get a nice discount. Probably will move back to the 25mpbs connection at 35 a month since throttling makes having a 50 mpbs connection rather pointless.

Internet providers kinda suck here.
