Which is the Monty Python one? I know it's Sousa but not the name. Other than that, Imperial March all the way; I have recordings of about 20 versions that were made when Ep. 1 came out.
It's the Liberty Bell.

The choices are bad, because there are too many marches to choose from. I'm not referring to the "too many" in the poll options, but rather too many in real life. My favorite is Procession of the Sardar from Ippolitov-Ivanov. Or if I must go with a song with the word "march" in it, March of the Trolls by Grieg.

By the way, Wedding March is "Bridal Chorus" from Wagner.

I seem to recall a very good russian march song. But i have no idea what it is called. Is any of the ones here a russian song ?

March 1998, I passed my Driving Test then and got my Licence! :woohoo:

On Topic: Not sure it's a 'March' but Edgar is the winner for me.

EDIT: Why is Entry of the Gladiators a march? Isn't that the 'Clown Tune'?

March from the river Kwai

No one answer - not all marches are alike. Sousa's marches are very different both in tone and style from British military marches, which in turn differ from Prussian marches. And then there's cavalry marches, which have a very different feel from ordinary infantry marches. Not to mention operatic marches, which usually aren't very military at all, but quite fun. Finally, of course, the slow march is totally different from a quick march.

Best British military march: British Grenadiers (trad.)
Best Prussian march: Alte Kameraden (Carl Teike)
Best Sousa march: Semper Fidelis
Best cavalry march: Karelia (Sibelius)
Best slow march: Scipio (Handel)
Best operatic march: Aida (Verdi)

Liberty Bell March - John Philip Sousa. No contest.

You know, I don't think I have ever heard the last note of this march, only the kazoo sound that accompanies the giant foot.

I've heard it a few times. It sounds very, very weird without the foot.

Edit: it actualy only one I am sure to recognize (besides Gladiators, but I cannot take that seriously) though.
That has to be the joke option.

Also why no Pomp and Circumstance Marches. Especially the most famous one, Land on Hope and Glory, which is the first one Elgar wrote.

Also why no March of the Toreadors. That would be one of the most famous operatic Marches.

Actually this from Mendelssohn's muisic to the play "A Midsummer Night's Dream".
