Male, 28, Arlington, TX

Civ I, watching a friend play, and wondering why the Zulus were on a land mass that looked nothing like Africa. I was hooked from then on

Played Civ2 back when I was too young to be very good at it. :) Picked up Civ4 a week ago... I might be good one day (I can handle Noble easily enough... which was a shock to me after all this time), certainly am better than I was back in the Civ2 days. Owned Civ3 but hated it and didn't play it, whoever thought it was OK to leave a world map with proper civ placement out of that game should have been fired.

Wife, late 30s, from Pittsburgh, PA. Also a Civ IV junkie.
Son, 5, born - Sunnyvale, CA. Would play Civ IV all day if I let him, but if I did he would be beating me inside a month.
Daughter, 4, born - Orlando, FL. Just watching and absorbing strategies right now.
Dog, 9, born - Palm Springs, CA. Will play Civ IV only if someone mods in wild squirrels.
