I'm 6' 3".
I would say I am just on the threshold. I greatly appreciate my height, but I wouldn't want to be any taller; I bump my head enough as it is.

I'm 5'11".
My dad once has a driver's license that claimed he was 5'12". He told the woman at the DMV that he was 5'11 3/4", but she said she did not want to deal with fractional inches and would just round up to 5'12". He wasn't really paying attention so he just said ok, and was then a bit surprised when he saw it actually written like that.
(I think he has shrunk a bit since then, as I'm very slightly taller than him now.)
Another time his license mysteriously claimed that he was 2' tall. This was probably just a typo, but seems like it would have been easily caught.
You can't give height in units of velocity. Pick a more reasonable unit, like furlongs per fortnight-femtoseconds or just femtofurlongs.
