I want that copper. But I'm not sure where to put the new city. Hmm.

Insufficient information.

Need a more zoomed out picture to see where the copper is in relation to your capital.

This is where I put it. I got some corn.

Researching pottery is always a good start.

I managed to found two religions in the second city. And I built Stonehenge in my capital city.

bad start :/ to much plains, remember this one rule of thumb about civ 4 (and where to settle - if possible) tiles with 2 times the food will get You faster there than tiles with 1 food (plains) will get You nowhere (You lost) , do not get deceived - general rule of thumb - food is all You want ! food is production ! food is all You need and want (keep that in mind when planning cities ;) )

Rome demanded a bunch of money from me. Now they're mad when I said no. So I'm building a lot of military units so I can start a war.

Sometimes the start just doesn't allow that for your capitol. She still has a good financial capitol with the ivory and gold. and just enough cows and farmland to work them. I'd put a city on that plains tile two east of the corn and use that for a whipping center.

I am almost affraid to ask .... do You know how to whip ?:satan:

I started a war. I already took one of their cities and took it over. My elephants and horses and catapults and crossbowmen are beating them up badly. I feel almost bad for them.

I took another of their cities. They took one of mine because I forgot to leave a unit in it for defense. I'll get it back though.

Do you see the slightest indication that she actually needs help?

Has anyone played Age of cilvilizations? It's on Steam now for $5.

That's four dollars and a hundred cents more than I am willing to put in Valve's hands. Age of Civilizations II is $4.99 at GoG, with no DRM.

I've taken a bunch of the Roman's cities. They keep trying to take it back but they don't have gunpowder units and I do!

This month's Humble Monthly (well, next's) has My Time At Portia. Tempted.
