What videogames have you been playing? version 1.22: What's with that plural?

Well done! Of the thousand plus games I own, over twenty years of playing them, I think I only ever 100% achieved less than ten of them.
Speaking of achievements, there was a game for the Nintendo Gameboy, starring Bugs Bunny. A miserable game all around, but I still remember the pitiful "reward" at the end of the final stage:
Nothing changes, no special screen or graphic, just the same end of the level, and the phrase in poor English: "Congratulations, you are good player".

I don't think I've ever 100%ed a game. Even the ones I have hundreds (or even thousands) of hours in - either getting some of the achievements involve playing in ways I don't enjoy, or I mod the games to hell and that turns off achievements....
True, but some games have pretty reachable treshold.
The two I remember I could 100 % without going enough out of my way for them to be annoying where Ghost of Tsushima and Bloodborne. Both basically only require that you finish the game and do some collection.

Now, I usually don't care about achiev and I play offline on GOG which doesn't include them at all, so my case might be a bit of an outlier.

In PoE I have 105 of 123 achievements and the prospect of maybe one or two more if I really push myself.

Speaking of achievements, I am once again going for 100% compeltion in all GTA III-era games for PC, or, given how San Andreas has a weird ‘more than 100%’ completion thing, I'll try to finish the storyline and skip the tamagotchi-line idiot quests.

I'm playing them in internal chronological order, so VC→SA→III.

As wikia™ says:

GTA San Andreas has extra tasks that are not required for the achievement but are also available to complete; many players refer to this as "110%"

Also, I've technically already reached the point where Catalina goes off to Liberty City once, so it if it's about storylines all that's missing is the time when CJ visits Liberty City.

Interesting. I have 19 games with 100% achievements, out of ~70 in the library.
Getting 100% is not that difficult for many games.

In GTA it is, which is the whole point.

I don't think I have any games with 100% achievements. Modding the game or playing it offline usually means you can't get them. If there are any I do have 100% for it must be possible to get them inadvertently and the game to require you play it online.

There's an application that lets you add Steam achievements, which I've used in the past to trigger ones that didn't for some reason or are impossible to get without relying on pure RNG. Also occasionally achievements that are multiplayer based for a singleplayer experience.

Huh. There are a couple things in this that I have never seen in-game despite playing it a lot over the years. I guess that demonstrates how one-track minded I am when I'm familiar with a game. Then again, I'm not sure how much I'd be into checkpoint races and such... Probably best I pretend I never saw this.

Bravo, of the tens of thousands of games I own over thirty years of playing them, I have achieved 100% in perhaps a total of twenty.

If you want to criticise something I said, maybe actually do it directly.

I have Steam Achievement Manager too, but only use it when the achievement glitches and fails to trigger. (And that one time when another glitch activated a achievement I hadn't actually achieved. WTH?)

Yes, some of the things like spraying 100% of tags or completing all the possible romance quests are just too stupid.

One of the great things about San Andreas, though, is the addition of quad bikes. Those will never go amiss.

For those of you enjoying city-builders, Colossal Order just announced Cities Skylines 2.

Oh, yay, yet another game for me to be really bad at, despite it clearly being a fun game.

Pretty hype. The previews look good visually but I'm not sure if I computer will be able to handle it.

1 for me I don't really bother with achievements etc.
