What Would be your Life Motto?

Do it.

Ten Characters -

F that.

If it needs to be ten characters long then it's now -

Do it ten times.

"Smile: it confuses them".

"Effulgence is pulchritude."

So many to choose from, but for my main one, to avoid censorship: Duck this bit.

or alternatively this non-exact quote (used as a generic change the world quote): "Hitherto philosophers have interpreted the world in various ways. The point however is to change it."

Can't say for sure, but up there would be:
I urge you to please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, "If this isn't nice, I don't know what is.

The World is Not Enough.

Used to be: Leave no turn unstoned.

Now it's probably /meh (thanks MobBoss).

Don't tread on me

Video et taceo - I see and say nothing. It's one of the mottoes of Queen Elizabeth I also.

For me, it's more about living in accordance with the Noble Eightfold path. Of the eight, the hardest for me is "Right Speech" and this helps me to keep that path clearer. I've found that in life, it's better to listen rather than speak. Act rather than argue. And to not takes sides and remain neutral.

“See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil"

'even the best fall down sometimes' im hardley the best, so i fall down alot

'theres a first time fore everything' because i want to do alot in life never done before

Life is extremely short. Try to enjoy what little life you have. Life is temporary and death is forever.

I like these. I too want to sample everything the world has to offer.

"There ain't no such thing as a free lunch."

But "Be polite, be professional, but have a plan to kill everyone you meet" is a fair runner-up. So is "Stupidity kills."
