I have no problem with new NESers beginning NESes. Anybody remember the brilliant shortlasting RPG fantasy NES hosted by that kkmo fellow? Hitlerslegacy might easily prove to be quite an able mod.

But Hitlerslegacy, please remember that initially, at least, very very few people will join your NES, and the few that will would probably only go for it half hearted. That's what the general tendency is against first-timers. But another thing you should remember through the peril is that them overlords be watching... Most NESers tend to lurk anyways, so there's a pretty good chance you'll have a number of players drop in after a number of updates

Starting an NES where the Axis wins World War II is one thing, and having a name like Hitlerslegacy is normally something I'd give the benefit of the doubt on and assume there was just something I didn't understand. Both the NES and the name together though is a little much...I just hope I'm wrong and this NES isn't some crazy fantasy.

If you have explained your name before, I apologize and please point me in that direction. If not, I'd really appreciate it if you did explain it and if it has any relation to your NES.

Personally its the name of the player coupled with the absurdity of the alt hist he is using, also with no stats. I could see a few tweaks that could result in an Axis victory, but to completely rewrite the members of the opposing sides, and to start off with freaking half the world occupied...well and also given his name I do not believe he can be impartial in how he does results when faced with an Ally vs Axis situation the Axis will almost always win.
