I can't speak for the rest of you but God created me as his gift to Womenfolk.

This is a question that entitle people to give answers without rules then i might as well bring forth a question that is unanswerable as this one being presented in this thread:Is God a christian?

As humans evolved, we became part of a deity - what that deity is, I am at a loss to say.

(A religious statement from me?)

I want proof god created man before saying why he may or may not have.

How do you know there's only one god? ;)

Gods are the ultimate hypothesis: their existence can never be proven beyond all doubt, yet neither can they ever be completely disproved (if they're all-powerful, they have the power to hide themselves as they wish).

Of course, some assumptions have to be made to even live, e.g. My eyes are working, I am alive, I am here, I can trust my own ears.

P.S. If anyone says that science is a belief system too and cannot be proven, and then points to scientists that make up theories with little proof, I would like to point out that is NOT true science.
Ahem. I'll go now.

Well, we can't say that God benefits from having created humans, since God is putatively complete in and of Himself.

The alternative would be to say "to benefit humans". This leads to the interesting logical statement then that "more humans is better than fewer humans", meaning there's no reason that He hasn't created an infinite number of realities populated with people (since more creation = more benefit). The counterargument to this alternative, though, is plain. It's tough to state that all humans are benefitted from their creation, and requires a disconnect with reality.

I don't think that a good (and logical) reason can be elucidated.
Of course, there's an hypothesis that no God created humans. This hypothesis suffers none of the limitations of the God hypothesis. Other hypotheses can include: hostility, spite, shallowness, etc. the current reality fits the theme of a shallow Creator.

True but practice what you preach because you sure weren't shy of providing some illustration on what you think on the subject.:mischief:

Enough said.:king:

God is simply playing a game of Civ. He started as one of the Mesopotamian civs and then obviously switched to America. fudging hacker.

He quit half way into his first game. The great flood of Noah was his reset. Cheater.......

The explanation of Gerard Reve:

God was drunk, and grabbed in the kitchensink(board) in stead of the drankcase, and toke the ammoniakbottle and let it fall down.
