Nice map, though china is practically completely wrong since it was splitted in 5 or 6 different parties and a couple of puppet regime's are missing

Hmmm.... I'm kinda torn between 3 options:

1.Indian rebellion
2.Nepalese Gurkhas

During WWII, the Gurkhas were a special part of the British army. A very highly decorated one, true, but I'm pretty sure Nepal was a British holding then, so it might be hard to play here.

I know the Papacy doesn't have the same leverage in 1938 as it did centuries before, but mainland Europe is primarily Catholic, so I'd at least be able to influence a lot of nations' dissent levels. Besides, I may not be able to post orders with perfect regularity, so a smaller nation suits me.
