Religious fundamentalism is a viable option in my opinion.

Really funny stuff. Looks like one of the 16-year old political experts on this board threw it together from a history book about the big issues of the 1850's. They even advocate return to the gold standard (which was more a late 1800's issue but it seems more backward than the rest.
