Same problem.

I checked the logs - same errors exactly. It seems to give errors when loading the Aztec and Poland DLC's.

Will be harder than I thought... Thanks for the tests, I'll examine the logs and see if I can came up with another version.

Could you try to find out wich DLC are incompatible exactly ?

No need to test the giant earth for that, any map should do for the test (like a duel continent)

Australia - ok x2
Aztec - ok
Kmer/Indonesia - ok (although game couldn't actually be played due to no suitable starting location - and I have the ynaemp spacing mod disabled)
Nubia - ok
Persia/Macedon - ok
Poland - ok, but no units
Viking - ok

Hmmm, Australia worked for me.

Are you on duel maps? I think its the new firaxis code messing up those starts.

edit: jup, problem on my end, loading correct, but same as the other two, no valid starting position​

Well, with ynaemp enabled, using duel continents from advanced settings, I could get every dlc to start - albeit some didn't actually 'start' due to what looks like the 'no suitable start position' issue.

I'll see what @Floyd75 says before trying a giant earth Australia.

edit: note I did NOT have the scenarios enabled, nor did I test dlc combos.

I also used random leaders. Could that be it? Retesting Australia, 3rd time, using Australia as my civ.

edit 4: Australia dlc as Australia worked.
edit 5: for giggles I settled my Australian city... causing me to win a domination victory. Really hope thats a firaxis spacing code issue.

edit 6: I just won my first game!!!

jup, same for me, all is loading, but the three mentioned dlcs seems to have no proper starting loacation, and all dlc combinations (without the 3 problematic) seems to work for me

Guess I'll bite the bullet and do a giant earth Australia.

Could it be a 'place all resources' issue?

think I found my problem, Australia and Vikings is not working together, whenever I activate them together, it keeps pulling me back to start

Australia alone is working, Vikings too

@Floyd75 are you enabling scenarios too? or just the dlc's? I just started a viking + australia small map fine.

edit: trying a full rig giant this time, no scenarios, see what happens

edit2: back to start, no scenarios enabled. Well, I've no idea.
