No one has noticed that there were no duel tonight? (Kennigit's red could have been the red colour of War. If so, the horsemen are unconnected since he was killed by Death and then got sores.) Death is the solo-killer. Famine should have been involved in the Pie/Cabbage. Zack got the pie and nobody got the cabbage so we don't know much from it. Famine might have been killed early.

But isn't it odd that we got only Pestilence? Furthermore, Takhisis was killed when about to perform a nightkill, according to the write-up, which makes me think that Nazis can kill too, and that actually would make sense. Each time I more strongly believe that Zack is Death.
