Everyone that is a jester is technically town otherwise the game would have ended from the start because there is no town. I concur with Civplayah now can we put that aside and stop this King Of The Hill and try to work together and kill the actual mafia. We can confirm JR as jester since(I know my ability is the first attempt on my life will fail.) he didn't die the first time.

In this case, from what we know, everyone is a jester that takes two lynches to kill. If a person doesn't die from a lynch, it is safe to assume that he is a jester and therfore not mafia. So from this perspective it is a good thing to get lynched.
