How we can do AI more aggressive? I've palyed lots of games (with mods and without - AI+, Real Strategy). But anytime I faced biggest problem - AI don't want produce war-units.increasing difficulty not help as I want. Maybe some parameters could be change? Thank you!

Playing through a game on eternity game speed on a very large map on Prince, and I've noticed the AI is behaving very bizarrely/poorly in terms of even basic functions. On turn 3000, they'll leave cities completely undefended, have less than half their tiles developed with only maybe 3 or 4...

Hi, using your latest upload on Github (uploaded about 8am 17.2.2019 CET) started game with 42 civs and 15 CS - but some Civs (about 20 - not sure) are blank. Just like in picture and their unit dont have marker pin.
