The EVIL Count1 of China has indeed invaded the peace-loving, barb-fighting Viks! 
Why didn't U research Sailing* & settle in an even better place?
Instead it seems U have spent your entire civ's time & resources on building units(!?)**.
I see 5 warriors, 3 chariots, & 3 archers + a couple in reserve.
Vs 3 archers (2 with Hill II) + 2 scouts digging in on the hill outside our cap. Oh, & more experienced ones on the way from fighting the DAMN Raging barbs.
Here's hoping fair & honest attacks & a RNG that favors the Righteous (us)!

Mr Vik - I did indeed research sailing, but with no other close land nearby that my galleys could reach, I had nowhere to expand to.
You think I should have kept inside my borders with 2 cities?
Unfortunately, my people have been demanding expansion for some time, and despite extensive manouevres, the army have been champing at the bit.

Guess with all the gold U are paying, especially now in our invaded country, U had to use them. 
Well, us Vikes hope to keep them tied up & wasting your gold for a while. Besides, U won't get much out of size 1 city your flanking move (finally) & the #$%&*! barbs are forcing us to abandon.

Your plundering chariot is no more. Cost a newborn archer, but warrior got a nice promotion after finishing him off + the pasture U so ruthlessly destroyed is hardly needed... since U'v forced me to whip out so many units.
Would U like to send in the other 2? Or, did 1 already die fighting ragin' barbs?

I never offered to gift you a settler, please recheck our message history. Also the warrior that would be gifted was never verified in our private negotiations and you added the "experienced" part to the actual deal. Which can also be interprted to mean c1 warrior aswell. Anyway as a sign of friendship I can gift the woody warrior if the barbs are that bad.
