Peace is declared in the Americas. Peace is drawn, and Florida gets much Pacifican coastland. The Colombions get the Baja and New Mexico back. Many Colombions in California refuse to go under Floridian rule at all. Others in California are under the control of Florida, but are revolting and say they want to rehoin their mother nation.
The Kongo peoples form their own nation, the Kongo Republic. As the terms of independence, the Botswanians are granted the technology are farming. The Kongo nation is weak in military, but high in education and sophisticated governments and religions.
Russians gain land pushing in their feirce military towards the Scandinavian strongholds. The new technology, giving Russian troops added layers for extra defense, seems to be helping. The Russians pound in on the borders, killing many troops in the process. {-200 troops for Scandinavia} But, the superior Scandinavian navy secures some land along the icy northern coasts. The Russians lose some troops while the naval seige took place. {-100 troops for Russia}. The Russians control the riots in new Russian lands by providing tax cuts for the citizens, which makes them happy, but the economy is dropped in return. {-1 economy}
The Garrison House is completed in China! Citizens rejoice as the new members of the military (all 750 of them) march down the main pathway in Beijing. The people cheer and wish them luck in any conflicts, and say they will supported 100%. Meanwhile, while the Chinese boats are trying to sail to Alaska, the hit rocky islands that tear up rafts and send them sinking. {-10 Rafts}. People in Japan still expand into Siberia, although the Chinese do not want it so.
The Floridians give the Copper Age to their allies, the Recifians. The Recifians are expanding nicely, and many Colombions are glad they went to the Recifian government after being neglected by the Colombion leader.
The Southern Europeans continue to expand down the Western Coast of Africa, and are pleased by seeing all the natural resources lining the shores of the gold coast. Many of the people expand harder.
The Aussies nearly kill off the evil Sydneyians, and get many small villages and towns inside Sydney territory. Some people from the towns move to mainland AussieLand.
Panturkistan government causes celebrations in the streets of Kabul, and the leader hails his people by giving them lifetime supplies of chewing gum. Panturkistan is now known as the 'Bubble Blowing Capital of the World'.
Carthage loses a leader, King Jason, in the Medditreanean. People cry for a new leader, and slow until they find a new one.
AIDS is quarntined in Botswanaland.
Phnom catchs a horrible disease themselves, a rare epidemic called 'Wishcujk'. It is caught from germs in the jungle given off by insects. Many people die and even the leader gets infected.
Canada's expansion is slowed as cold lands are hard to settle on and gather food from.

@ Naervod- Amirsan provided a counter attack to these plans, knowing some of the plans from earlier turns, but i did use some of your other plans. Im sorry if I butchered them a bit, but Amirsan provided a counter plan and other plans to counter yours that he didnt even know would.

The people of the nation wish for a movement of the capital to a more stradegic location as to be in the center of the Empire. The best geographical location would be along the East Coast near a small hamlet called Baltimore.
An unusual ship was spotted by scouts near Alaska. However, it crashed upon the rocks and sank into the ocean. Who they were is a mystery, but it shows there may be other nations in the world. We must be prepared for threats from across the Great Seas.
