Also how come I am about 3 times the army as them and they have only 50 troops caualties and I am having trouble getting territory?? We need to talk on AIM again...

Peace was attempted between Scandinavia and Russia, but apparently it was just a failure as the leaders could not come to terms with each other. Their war continued, and Russia seemed to be winning, taking and maintaining occupation of very much Scandinavian land.
The Kaiser did not want to take sides, or at least not yet, but it seemed like the Reich would also inevitably be dragged into this war. He discussed it with his advisors and with the Dukes and Grand Dukes at a meeting in the Reich Palace. They came to no decision, so hte Kaiser was now even more troubled, finding out that even all the advisors and provincial administrators voting together came to a stalemate and indecision. He had to consider everything on his own again.

I will give peace for one border plan and only one. I want a yes or no answer, not another map. I am superior here and if you want peace you will have to go by my rules, not urs. I ask for nothing else but the below. The concequences of saying no will leave you with no army when I take the territory below by force. Uur military is strong and skilled and your people to our spears will do no harm to us just as it didn't in the beggining of the war. You will be left vulnerable to any, any other aggression towards you. We will leave your nation in peace and even a small trade agreement to recover if you give us the below territory.

A bitter peace had been made. The war had taken a toll on Russia and Scandanavia, but Scandanavia had ended up on the losing end... for now. Chief Erikson had signed peace terms with the Russians, but inside he and all Scandanavians wanted to avenge this loss. Only time would tell what would happen.

The Chinese empire was truly magnifisant.
As Emprors switched the empire got stronger and stronger and everyone belived in the Monarchy.
As time went the Navy was rebuilt, more settlers were sent to Indonesia and even MAR was in the way of being settled...
New invantions were made and China got more powerfull and more powerfull by the day.
Togheter with the groing power of Germany, reletions with Jpaan had fianly cooled down and good future was seen.
A gift of grain and luxuries was sent to the Japanies Shugon in hopes to open trade.

RUSSIA
The Russian people has gotten what they wish and greet the Viking people to Russia. Celebrations and parties move accross Russia. I work for my people, this is why they love me. We are superior in our region with more oppertunities to come.
After the long war, we were put in an economical disadvantage. We need to recover. The trade with Germany for the Crimean Peninsula didn't work out though on the long run it will be thier loss becuase we will have no need to sell it anymore. Though now I find out that building a road to pontential neighbors and allies that we will increase our economy beneficially, which is good and what we need.
My people worryness of being poor have erased in thier minds as Russia will grow rich, smart and powerful in this new era.

Send all army to EXPAND RAPIDLY WITH HORSEWAGONS AND FAST TROOPS in all UNNOCCUPIED territory. It shouldn't take long.
