        Only increases defensively while AI is willing to make peace
        Adjustments to AI logic to compensate

    India
      Converts 50% of citizens in every city to new majority religion when you found.
       
    Happiness
        National unhappiness now slows unit production in cities
        Reduced War Weariness penalty for unit production to 2x% local war weariness (instead of national) in each city
        Reduced Distress thresholds in cities (less Distress overall)
    Buildings
        Removed +2 tourism for Zoo Jungle/Forest
    Wonders
        Removed Bletchley tech steal
    Policies
        Removed Avant Garde art steal
    Espionage
        City potential increases/decreases more slowly
        Fixed reversed spy leveling chance bug
        Events for Spies
            Consolidated poison well into tile pillage event
            Consolidated specialist theft events
            Tech steal now unlocks in Modern Era
            Art copying now unlocks in Modern Era

Great stuff! Great job to everyone. I saw recently IanE9 (not sure if he's on CFC) made a lot of backend DLL changes that I couldn't understand and it made me appreciate how much this really is a community effort, from technical code to strategic feedback.


I've seen this a couple times, what does TT stand for?

Well, I guess we are back where we started with that wonder then. It really would benefit from an espionage unlock of some sort.

This is not where I would have started. The :tourism:Tourism on :trade:TR end should have been the first to go.
 
Quick question and this might not even be the correct place to ask but what is the 'correct' version of the Communitas Map? When selecting maps when I go to the 'Additional Map' tab there 3 there labeled 'Communitas' and then there is a separate entry for Communitas_79 2.3.

The reason I ask is that I think for most of my previous games I was just one one of the 3 Communitas maps but with this update I actually looked and found that 2.3 update and thought that was probably the latest. But in 2 games so far (small sample but still) I have yet to see a Tribal Village (I don't have them selected off in Advanced Options) and the resources on the map seem really sparse (at least by comparison).

FWIW, I am playing with Community Patch Only.

This is not where I would have started. The :tourism:Tourism on :trade:TR end should have been the first to go.

I agree (at least for a reduction of TR tourism). At least letting 1 Tourism per Forest/Jungle would have been a nice reward for the civs who kept these tiles (+ wide tourism is already hard enough to pull out).

Agreed, I think everyone was fine with a -1 tourism from the forest/jungle, but taking away entirely feels like a bit too much of a knee jerk. We could just keep that part in and take 100 off the base tourism or something if we need a further trim.
 
Net local positive happiness seems to be penalizing growth and settlers by 1% per. Also github is behaving weirdly for me tonight.

Is it just me? Don't see where in the code it is from (apart from "Building_YieldChangeWorldWonderGlobal" being mentioned in the dll).

Yeah the zoo should give 1 tourism to forest/jungle, but 2 was too much.

I removed it, noted it in changelog, and intended to add something else on those tiles, and then forgot. :sad:

So I'll just put the tourism back at 1.

Is every single patch just going to be nerfs now? Did you just COMPLETELY remove the tourism bonus from forests? Pretty good but too much nerfs this time. You planning on releasing a full version soon?
 
Also, just want to report that I am loving the colonist tech movement. I have actually used 2 colonists in my most recent game.
 
For some reason, when I'm trying to install this version, I'm getting an error like this:
any idea how to fix it
