Just delete the CP files in your mods folder and then install.

I deleted both the ENTIRE cp AND cpb overhaul, still getting same error. I tried with both without EUI and EUI, so I don't understand what could cause the problem. Do I have to not delete CP and CPB folder or something? Maybe some mods could be causing the problem

Is every single patch just going to be nerfs now?

So important to note that a few versions ago Tourism was massively changed. I really enjoy the new system, but such a change does require tweaking.... so some strong adjustments were expected. As others have said and I agree with, I think -2 tourism on forests was a bit much... but I respect that we do need to tone down Tourism in various places, it was still too much after the big change.

But we are getting there.... CV is no longer an automatic in my last few games, so these last few rounds of tourism nerfs are having impact.

So war weariness is actually a per city value?...never knew that. How does that work, is it proximity of war to the city or something?

See earlier; tourism removal on zoo was intended to be replaced with another yield, but I forgot, so I've reverted to simply -1 tourism for now. Monitoring.

So war weariness is actually a per city value?...never knew that. How does that work, is it proximity of war to the city or something?

It is both. Empire wide war weariness is handed out like luxuries to cities. So there is a local value.

Yeah at first glance I don't think zoo really needs a yield replacement. Honestly it can easily give more culture than the museum if you have even a few forest plots your working. Its like the stables, sometimes its meh, sometimes its like "yes!!!".

Looks like we both have (differing) problems with installing this version. That's not right
Edit: I pressed ignore to see if any more files get the same error, and what do you know, I got another error with the same problem. What could the problem be here? Problematic file is the one in the picture and the module one that starts with M_10, M_20, M_30, M_40, and so on
 
Just a question. Why does AIs get sudden boost in cities? I double checked they are not from events nor city quests. They suddenly get food and production boost

I just installed 6-7 without any error.
As usually, Vox Populi (x-x).exe delete first the previous install and copy all new folders/files

Isn't it just an ordinary AI bonus coming from difficulty level? I forgot how it works now, but I think AIs still get some per city bonus at certain times.

AI's get bonusses when they found cities, enter a new era etc. Amount is based on difficulty level and era.

Aah, snap, the man above me is right. The "first" hotfix's mega link does redirect to a 6-7-2 ; while this "second" hotfix redirects to a 6-7-2. I thought initially that the hotfix was minor so big G didn't change the version name.

I'll still submit a quick bugreport in spite of it, hopefully not something that JUST got fixed: I can add specialists beyond Urbanisation cap without incurring unhappiness.
 
hotfixed the hotfix, someone messed with lua instancing...

so now the newer hotfix you posted (the quote) works for me now. Looks like you did something in the files to make it incompatible to download. I've tried everything with the older installer - with, without eui, cp and cbp only still didn't work, but now - it works. Antivirus gave a notification so you definitely did change something
