Nepal is in the Crossroads game files.

CUA: Roof of the World
All Warehouse buildings apply to Mountain tiles, but they cost +1 Gold and Happiness Maintenance.

UI: Highland Power Station
+2 Production. +1 Culture from adjacent Mountains. Nepal Unique Improvement. Ageless. Does not remove Warehouse bonuses on a tile. Must be placed on Mountain terrain.

Wonder: Boudhanath
Increase your Relationship with all other leaders by 20. Must be built in Tropical adjacent to a Mountain.

UU: Gurkha
Nepalese Unique Infantry Unit. Stronger, faster, and more expensive.

UU: Sherpa
Nepalese Unique Scout. Ignores Mountains and Rough Terrain for Sight. Ignores Mountains for Movement. Has the Claim Mountain ability.

Claim Mountain - Activate on an unowned Mountain tile within 5 tiles of one of your Settlements' Palace or City Hall. A path of tiles is claimed back to the Settlement and the Mountain is improved immediately.

Civics and Traditions
Sagarmatha
Food and Science Buildings receive an adjacency from Mountains. Claimed Mountains will now receive a Highland Power Station.

Jyumdo Bagha
All Districts adjacent to Mountains receive Defensive Fortifications, one time effect. Follows normal Walls placement rules.
Units complete Fortifications in 1 turn if adjacent to a Mountain.

Singha Durbar
+3 Influence on Culture Buildings.
Unlocks the Gift Gurkha Action which Grants a Gurkha to another Civilization. Nepal receives a +10 Relationship with them and 5 (Scales by Gamespeed) for the current Relationship Level with them. Can only be done with Friendly of Helpful Civilizations.

Gorkhapatra
Museums have 2 additional Great Work Slots.

Himāl Tradition - Mountain tiles receive +4 Culture in your Capital. Mountains receive +2 Culture in other Settlements

Maitri Sanadhi Tradition - +50% Influence towards initiating Endeavors if you have the least amount of Settlements, +20% otherwise.

Tundikhel Tradition - +3 Combat Strength for all units adjacent to Mountain terrain. This is doubled if the unit is also in your territory.

I called it. :)
I figured the Gurkha too, but so did everyone else as it was the obvious choice.
 
I’m surprised it wasn’t a mountain monastery.
Religion doesn't play a major role in the Exploration Age either, so I didn't expect a monastery.
I would have gone for the stone cut drinking fountain: Dhunge dhara.

I realize this is similar to the Mughal's stepwell, but it would have been a good thing to replace that one anyways.
 
Is it in the game files to the extent it could theoretically be useable in-game? Or does it just exist as text?
 
Everything looks to be there, but it's not showing up in-game currently.
Interesting, so we could get access to them early if someone mods a way to enable them? Surprising they put them into the game already if so, wonder if that was a mistake by the devs.

I mean technically Crossroads of the World is now downloadable, and they are in the second part of that release. :dunno:

True, I just figured they'd add them in later as an update to the DLC
