Just so it is known, The Italian government will not be using these funds for itself. They would be placed in a trust and used to better the lives of the victims families. We are glad Russia is a good friend and cares to assist.

As said we feel that Germany can handle both cases then as I know the Italian soldier would not get a fair trial in Hungary, nor are we idiotic enough to state that the Hungarian commander can get a fair trial in Italy.

We Agree. We hereby declare war on the socialist/communist rebels in France. We will declare war on Belgium if they do not remove their troops from the field. Italy does not want Belgium to suffer more than it has these last decades.

We present the Munich Investigative Agreement.

After reviewing information about the incident, we find that the Hungarian artillery commander is at fault for overreacting to the situation regarding the Italian soldier and the commander's wife. He will be tried in a German court for his crimes, and the sentence will be carried out in Hungary under the watch of the German government...at the bare minimum, he will be dishonorably discharged from the Hungarian Army. However, this does not leave the Italian soldier who raped the Hungarian's wife without punishment. He will be tried in a separate German court for his crimes, and the sentence will be carried out in Italy under the watch of the German government...at the bare minimum, he will be dishonorably discharged from the Italian Army.

Now, regarding the damages caused by both sides during the ensuing firefight, we believe that both families should be compensated for their losses. We recommend 2 EP to be given to the Italians and 1 EP be given to the Hungarians, both will make sure the money is spent to compensate the families of the deceased, not for any sort government spending. Canceling out the shared 1 EP, the Italians will be paid 1 EP total by the Hungarian government. Out of sympathy for the deceased, the German government will pay for the funerals of all soldiers killed on both sides.

Let us hope an incident like this never happens again, and that Hungary and Italy leave this incident without bitterness towards the other.

We are glad you have sense. As has been stipulated no funds received will be used by the government. They are strictly for the families of the victims. And yes the soldier will at least be discharged, but we will abide by whatever the German courts sentence him to.

To Hungary

Again you seem to want to escalate this. You could have simply come and told us what happened and we would have arrested and investigated the incident and reached a fair verdict in the case. Italy is beginning to think you simply want war. We hope we are wrong.

England hopes Hungary realises that while this Italian soldier commited a heinous act he was in no way acting out Italy's wishes, it is not like if a tourist commits a crime within our nation we attack whatever nation is responsible. The commander lost his cool which is understandable under the conditions but he failed in his role as a military leader and caused the death of countless innocent Italians who are no more in the wrong than that poor mans wife. Let this madness come to an end.

While it is clear the commander cannot elude a discharge he plead for the German court to understand the conditions surrounding his actions, this was not pre-meditated in the least and was a crime of passion.
