Deadly Serious
OOC:
Please stop with the who is ruining the NES. We all do dumb things that cause NESes to go awry.
@Churchill, you can’t buy allies by giving away half your territory. That is really OOC behavior. No matter how insane leaders are, territorial integrity is usually a national priority. Personally I would have called in more help from your allies in the last war or appealed to other nations to help you turn back the growing tide of Socialism.
I think it would be interesting if both Méxicos united to drive out the invaders from Deseret. Then used that as a starting point to create a new unity government.
IC:
Neither side recognizes your claims and we find it hard to believe that either side would agree to give up so much land. Therefore, our only assumption is you have created a false claim.
It is very disappointing you would poison your relationships with your western neighbors over this land grab. All sides can be assured we have no desire for these lands. Unlike you recognize that this is a large area is populated with native Mexicans. I will cost a lot of blood and money to hold this large chuck of worthless land.
We once again to ask you carefully consider what you will lose in pushing your claims. Good relations with most of western North of America, millions of men and francs and quite possibly your own independence.

To Lakota Sioux
From Deseret
Again we come to this point, the Leftists do not own that land, nor do the Imperials, since the deal was approved by both governments, the lands were Deseret. Apparently Native Americans do not understand the workings of diplomacy or land transfers... this could be attributed to the fact that our white brothers dishonorably pushed you out of your ancestral lands, and I apologize for that, but it was not us. Sometimes I wonder if the Native Americans would in fact betray the Mexicans when their civil war ends by taking the lands in question, hence why you are fighting so hard to keep us out of it.
