OOC: I concur. He's already off to a good start, unlike some other newbs who will remain nameless.
Prussian Zeisselin War Academy, Analysis Division, Kalininburg
The open-source wing of the Prussian War Academy Analysis division proudly presents its findings on the Third Anglo-Celtic war's Battle for England. Be aware that the costs have been calculated by the time when the cost were occured rather than their relative value in today's comparative battlescape.
Scotland: (roughly) 35 EP, 92 MP
England: (roughly) 33 EP, 80 MP
Chief in our discoveries was that despite the devestation initially leveraged out on the horde of tanks the Scottish nearly equaled the English in their expenditure of hardware and blood over the longer course of the war in 1942. Several sources were cited that the Scottish gains were in the aftermath of the fall of the Yorkian line, but a minority of analysts have suggested a reduplication of the same tactics over a wide plains or fields rather than in the narrow hilland areas where the bulk of the losses were suffered.
The debate on whether light or main battle tanks would be best suited for such a hypothetical battle situation may perhaps have been best presented by the recent battle strategy displayed on the Russian front. Heavily armed and armored yet still mobile French tanks blasted through Russian lines leading to the surrender of a million soldiers.
Zeissian analysts have predicted the introduction of similar tactics with mechanized forces and combined arms in the near future.
The Kriegs Ministerium asks that our Scottish partners take heart. Attrition will surely bring down the effeminate former lords of the silver sea.
OOC: Technically, the city you're talking about is Konigsberg. Kalinin is God knows where in this timeline, and Konigsberg was named Kaliningrad in 1945. Good start.

We will not compromise our ideals of peace for our own safety. A lasting peace must be secured for all the powers of South America.
What? This does not make any sense, dumb Quebecois insanity.
Anyways, we offer this treaty:
1. Borders are established between Quebec and Canada at the Ottawa River, otherwise it is as was agreed.
2. Canadian non-military ships have the right to trade on the St. Lawrence River, and Quebec has the right to send non-military ships into the Great Lakes
3. New England agrees to never support nor aid any Quebecois invasion of Canada and Virginia agrees to never support nor aid any Canadian invasion of Quebec.
4. Canada must not enter any diplomatic relations with the Co-Axial pact of Nations and Quebec will not enter any diplomatic relations with the ISCG.
5. Both Quebec and Canada publicly recognize the independence and sovereignty of each other.
Good to see Canada at peace for once.
No more orders of any type will be accepted beyond this point. I hope that the update will be finished tonight, probably around 2-3 AM EST.
