Anyways, we offer this treaty:

1. Borders are established between Quebec and Canada at the Ottawa River, otherwise it is as was agreed.

2. Canadian non-military ships have the right to trade on the St. Lawrence River, and Quebec has the right to send non-military ships into the Great Lakes

3. New England agrees to never support nor aid any Quebecois invasion of Canada and Virginia agrees to never support nor aid any Canadian invasion of Quebec.

4. Canada must not enter any diplomatic relations with the Co-Axial pact of Nations and Quebec will not enter any diplomatic relations with the ISCG.

5. Both Quebec and Canada publicly recognize the independence and sovereignty of each other.

turns out that even staying up all night, I was unable to complete the update. Since i soon have to go to work, the rest will have to be finished tonight. Fortunately, there only remains 3/4 of the European front, and the fighting in Africa and Asia. Other than that is only the list of economic changes, and then the update will be available for posting. With luck, the update should be posted in about eight to nine hours.
