A NES Wiki?

I'll help with maintenance/cleanup. I'm a stickler for things like that =P

I can make it sound...more mature, ya know? :p

So I'm not significant enough to be on the significant players list? Well I oughta try even harder then.. :p

I like the idea of everyone setting up their own wiki page, where they'd describe themselves as NESers. Let's do that!

Neither am I. I feel ignored, given that I could title myself the "Father of Trade Centers." :p

Too much vandalism potential. Unless we had someone trustworthy modding it.

Too much bragging potential, too. I take almost exactly the opposite tact and am almost of the opinion a way should be found to prevent people from writing about themselves on their own page, should such things come into being.

Added to the player list that was sorely left out:

AnarchyRulz
China444
erez87
EQandCivfanatic
Finmaster
naervod
Plexus
Skilord

I plan to add more when I have time, including Azale and North King who are for some reason not mentioned yet.

Thank you very much, man! I try my best and that's how I get to where I am, ya know? XP

I entriely do not agree... I think there should be people writing about themselves however, they must use tact and maturity in doing so. Under circumstances of exceptionally bad boasting or unfactual information the page should be deleted.

What, like you trying to suppress the fact that you did change governments repeatedly within the space of a few turns? :p

It's not like it's the only thing you've done, but you've certainly done it...

Yeah I did do that, but because I wanted to have a civil war. However I dont think thats is what I should be remembered for, and for you to suggest that really shows how spiteful you are.

You will be remembered for leading powerful and majestic Empires Sheep.

I think I'll be remembered for Penguins and LINESII (possibly more in the future). I'm content with that.

I'm surprised if most people really know me as Fennia.. then again the oldies propably do. Either somewhat peaceful and commercial Fennia, or extremely violent and warmongering Geneva.

Seconded. Wikipedia expressly bans people from adding to their own pages, or at least they did last time I checked the policy.

But that's Wikipedia, not NESepedia.

Woah there. That was a little rude. I was just suggesting that censoring "bad" stuff (if losing a story can be considered bad) would be just trying to heroificate yourself and cheapen your legacy. I didn't say that I remembered you solely for that; on the contrary, I remember quite different things...

Being one of the reasons the DU collasped for example in one of das's nes against the Comintern ;)

Well if I were to make my own page I would add something about that in. However I still stand against the so called 'Sheep Syndrome' as I find that offensive and always have. I campaigned for das to remove it. I know some people still use it, but I feel that I by no means the only player to destabilise his nation on purpose.

Dexter did it in rtor2 and fought his own little civil war as Germany.

if you are familiar with old time apolyton nesing (which started about four months before CFC nesing) there was a player there called civman2000 who used to cause his civilisation to collapse on a regular basis.

Futhermore in a short blurb like that on the famous nesers page I find if offensive that you would use that one nation as an example when there as so many others that you could choose from from my much longer nesing career than the average.
