No, but you're getting closer.

Poland propably got beaten by the soviets so badly that it alloved germans to retake much of their western prussia.

Anyway, I must make a couple complaints about American city placement that seem to happen with almost every map:
1.) You have no Chicago? What is wrong with you!!!!
2.) St. Louis is completely off.
3.) Miami is far too far north.
4.) New York is too far south.

The map is based on a one made by a mad Chinese bear. Deal with it. And really, how hard can placing American cities be? The only reason I don't do it is that I don't care enough about them and usually find better things to do; I know the cities aren't too well-placed, but that is not even a nuisance to me, usually. So either do it yourself or get someone else to do it, or just stop complaining and hope that one day I'll get around to it myself.

Well, it could be no Brusilov offensive, or one that doesn't bleed Russia to hell and gone. No Lenin at Finland Station, maybe. A successful Battle of Warsaw for the Sovs is possible, but that doesn't really explain the Germans having Austria and the Czechs...or does it?

Uralic state?
Siberian state?

Are they allied to this RSFSR, or are they White Russian-type successor states, or what?

It could've been, but didn't happen in this world - the PoD is earlier.

"Yugorossia", fascist military dictatorship (White Guard, Generalissimus Slashev, successor of Wrangel).

National-socialist (in the truer meaning of the word) presidential republic, led by President Andriy Melnyk.

Huh? If under Uralic state you mean the Siberian state (as opposed to the Far Eastern state), then its the Socialist Federation of Siberia, a left-wing radical (eSeR) parliamentary democracy/oligarchy (Directory) that is NOT aligned with RSFSR.

Siberian state?

Again, presuming you mean the Far Eastern state, its the Far Eastern Republic, a national-liberal capitalist democracy, somewhat similar to early 20th century USA.

These states are a result of a long confusing multi-side struggle. Yugorossia and the FER are White successor states, Ukraine is a nationalist Ukrainean state, Siberia is an SR state.

That said, though by now its obvious, you people are getting closer... I suppose that the actual PoD is way too obscure, but the general idea shouldn't be impossible to guess.

For now, I'll leave you guessing...

Btw, Germany is presently a kingless monarchy, if you were wondering - rather like OTL Hungary, only instead of an admiral we have Regent Hans-Jurgen von Blumenthal, who, it must be added, is but a figurehead, a puppet in the hands of the Krupps and the German army. Franz Seldte and Franz von Papen are also quite important. By now most of you could probably guess who took power.

Not quite sure if it's Hugenberg or Duesterberg...one of those two, right? Or at least a Stahlhelm- or Bund der Frontsoldaten-type organization?

If not, then I'm hopelessly lost.

Stahlhelm, ofcourse. But its rise to power was a result of other events caused by the PoD...
