You can't load your fighters/Helicopters onto pirate promoted Carriers.

As you can't promote planes to Piracy promotion, it seems impossible to do.

Solution - Allow fighters/Helicopters that are loaded onto Piracy promoted carriers, to be given a piracy promotion. Such as the previous hidden nationality ability of units.

When disembarked from Piracy promoted carriers, they lose the piracy promotion, or it could just stay as a permanent feature.

*Edit* Tactical nuclear weapons have an unlimited re-base range, when you have limited re-base enabled. I assume its the same for ALL nuclear weapons.

Solution - Enable restricted re-base, when this option is enabled.
 
Why, I want 'Pirate' Air force, or Pirate land units, so I can persecute the A.I.

I don't want to just blockade, I also want to raid, bomb, strafe and generally attack.

I know hidden nationality was removed, because the A.I. couldn't use it

Maybe I'm asking too much, just noting a unintended consequence.

Solution - Enable limited re-base for ALL units, or at least the flight units.

I assume this is for all flight units above the Jet fighters and Bombers level.

SVN 998 - Capital Administration

I've found a bug with this building.

I 1st built a Metropolitan Administration here, as 25 pop, and them built a Capital Administration (30 Pop), but is now won't use the 3rd ring of tiles.

I don't have the expanded buildings option enabled, so I need to build the Metropolitan/Capital Administration to use the 3 rings.

It did use the 3rd ring with the Metropolitan Administration. It does give the +6 free specialists.

It should be fixed in rev999, try it and let me know IPEX. Thanks. :)

Correct.

Also, I think I'll leave things as they are for piracy. Only units allowed with piracy promotion are sea based units. No air on land pirate units, way too complicated.
 
I was on the receiving end of a MAD targeting, but it used the Adjective of the Targeting civ and not the Noun. It said, Korean ... not Korea "..... has targeted Wall Street"

Solution - Change the targeting notifications, for when you have enough espionage to the Noun and not the adjective of the Civ.

Or change to "The X Civ (Adjective) has targeted...." Or " Civ (Noun) has targeted..."

Either is fine

My game seemed to start to get slow for no reason, the turns would take longer and everything would act laggy, this doesn't seem to be related to game size or my computer or the the game version. Any known problems like this with gigantic map sizes, if you need a savegame file let me know

I don't understand your problem, can you post a screenshot? Gamespeeds don't need a scrollbar as they should be selectable from a drop down menu, IIRC
 
Also, Machu Pichu, the improvement seems to spawn rather sporadically. Up to 2-3 games ago, it spawned reliably in the nearby peaks of the city it's built in, but (without updating rev or anything) in the recent game it stopped doing so.

just as an addition, the research bar is acting all wonky, the needed points for a tech are going down as the turns progress in a new game I started, and in the game I mentioned before, it isn't just slow taking turns it got slow all around for no apparent reason, even just changing the research/culture/espionage rates make the game lag for some reason...very weird.

Oh, that's because not all gamespeeds are available under some scenario and Play now option. You have to use Custom Game.
