What does this mod do?: The mod provides the capability to combine the strength of several units into a single combined unit (an Army, a Navy, an Air Force or a Helicopter Air Assualt Brigade) that will allow you to dominate, whether on land at sea or in the air. Welcome to the Arms race, for the AI knows how to build combined units.
 
Not be be confused with my earlier project ExtremeMod, which at one point had a version 2 delineation. This mod is based on the last known update of the Thomas War Mod with animated leaders and bug fixes. From that point I went through and added more than a dozen techs and dozens of new units, mostly Unique Units and Unique Buildings. I also added more than fifteen new Bonus Resources and recompiled the way improvements are made. I added two new pathing systems: Paths and Sealanes (both brought over from ExtremeMod) with the latter ocean transit system having a new graphic.

What’s new?: alphabetized index to buildings, structures, city improvements & defensive building/improvements. Designed to find items not in Civ IV Beyond the Sword but has elements from Civ I-V.

Isn’t a complete index of all threads and will require some work to customize to fit individual needs but should serve as good base which to build your own. I haven’t been through every mod & entry. Gives a good sampling of the wide range of material that can be found on the site. I used only those threads that the authors included enough on what was in it to see how their file could be used or if I could think of a useful purpose for it at the time I found it. Page number is where I found it and will vary as threads are added so its location may be a few pages off but will give you an idea where to look for it. I’m posting what I have finished for the time being in hopes that others on the site will find it useful in there searches. Original file contains many of the actual links but that didn’t come through when I pasted it in here. Unable to post the file here due to lack of a security tag needed but will be glad to provided to anyone interested.
