Well, you can always ask, but I don't think you're likely to come out ahead no matter what you do. Legal fees are steep and according to the website you linked their cases average a year and can go on longer. Even if there weren't a fee this would still be much more trouble than it's worth.You live in the US. If you look at the links I posted they do take these cases on in the UK. Nothing wrong at all with sending the information to them and waiting for a reply to see what they will say.
