Huns join the Roman forces! They have agreed to a Roman proposal to gain lands along the Danube. The 5,000 Warriors and 2,000 Horsemen of the Huns have joined the Roman army.
The barbarian Crimeans and Mongols have arrived near Greece! The people of Greece have been thrown into panic over the advancing horde.
Persians invade Rome! Thousands upon thousands of Persian immortals have flooded into Roman Palestine and captured the city of Antioch. A Roman legion made a heroic stand in the city killing 3 Persians for every Roman that fell. The Romans were killed to a man by the battles end and the city went into flames.

Battle of Alesia! The Goths, Ironeyes, and Franks have launched a massive attack on the city, but were bloodily repulsed by the Roman defenders after a great battle. In the early stages of the battle, the Roman militia began retreating, opening a great hole in the center of the Roman line. When the local Frankish commander saw the oppurtunity the Romans launched one of their best legions into the battle, and just barely repulsed the attack. As the battle went on, the Romans managed to outflank the barbarian army and send them running. Ironeye cavalry managed to cover the barbarian retreat as the army fell back. In the retreat the Ironeyes did manage some minor pillaging and gained 1 gold.

Celtic navy! The Celts have researched Shipbuilding and assembled a naval force. The Irish Celts and the Pictish Celts have united and begun invading Roman Britian. Many thousand screaming Celtic warriors have stormed into Britian and the local legion is holed up and waiting for orders in Londimonium.
Pillaging of North Africa continues! The Numidian Warriors and Horsemen continue raiding and looting Roman Africa. They gain 2 gold.
