Me: white male. Where I come from racism is not the problem, ignorance is.
I'm really not sure what Finnish names sound like. Riesstiu comes from the PC game Homeworld.

Where did you go?luiz said:In England I' ve only been to London, but I must say that my short experience there was very different from what you' re saying. I saw as many blacks and other minorities as I see in Rio.
I visited the major touristical attractions. London did seem to me the most diverse city in Europe.nonconformist said:Where did you go?
Brixton has a very black population.
Oxford Street however.....tourists and mostly whites.
VRWCAgent said:Please, let's us white males stop the bull before it gets spread too far, okay? We're not freaking oppressed and the very idea that we are, unless you live under the rule of Robert Mugabe, is just ludicrous.
Yes, there may be some rather inane 'reverse-discrimination' rules currently in place, and so forth, but that hardly can be used as a reason to scream oppression.
I think you guys are taking our comments too seriously.sysyphus said:Hear hear!
As someone who lives in a society that is the most mixed of anywhere in the world, it's still blatant even here that white people experience almost no discrimination and certainly have more advantages than anyone else.
London is indeed very diverse, and thats why I like itluiz said:I visited the major touristical attractions. London did seem to me the most diverse city in Europe.
I did see some hints of segragation, though. I remember that in the British Museum there were alot of school expeditions where the entire class was of the same ethnic group. Some were all-black, others were all-asian or all-white. I found this very odd.
