"Other player's city-state influence pointsdecrease 33% faster"To be honest, I think that swapping the effect of Universal Suffrage and United Fron would make more sense... "United Front" = "city defense bonus" and "Universal Suffrage" = "superior to other civilizations relationships with city stats" I guess that is not optimal but i would like it more.. (read http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=379605 for reference of United Front effect)

Sounds good to me. Workers of the world, unite! Imperialist forces have ruled the world for long enough.
Well, uh... what did occur? Can you be a bit more specific?
This is what I'm talking about:

And let me add my own thanks to Comrade Arioch. You are a great inspiration and a shining example to all the world's workers.
With all the info coming from so many sources it will be nearly impossible to keep the page up to date. In any case, as you say, its life is down to days now.
I just want to take a sec and say a sincere thank you for gathering all the info over the last few months and putting it up in such a slick, easy-to-use format.
Even if you had to be insane to do it, it kept the rest of us more sane. Much appreciated.
No, I said that UNLESS you have indirect fire, any given ranged unit will behave as if you have no other units on the map and won't be able to fire on anything that it, personally, can't see. If you DO have indirect fire then you get your full vision range.
I second this. Thank you very much for all the hard work Arioch.
You failed ^>^, we have had clearer shots of that already.
Do you understand WHY you can't shoot over rough terrain? It's because the unit doing the shooting cannot see it; i.e. said unit is NOT in its vision range. Indirect fire lets a unit fire at a unit it cannot see BUT ANOTHER UNIT YOU HAVE CAN SEE.not only is that not what you said, that is also not right. Indirect fire allows you to shoot over rough terrain nothing more.

Of course, you'd have to actually understand how rough terrain and vision range work in Civ V for you to actually understand this, but of course you do not.
Correct.Basically it goes like this:
No indirect fire - can shoot at any unit within your range providing that one of your cities/units can see the target and that there is no rough terrain between the attacker and the target (the latter does not apply if the attacker is on a hill).
indirect fire - can shoot at anything within your range providing that one of your cities/units can see the target.
Confusing....No, even without indirect fire, you can shoot at a unit which you cannot see.
No, even without indirect fire, you can shoot at a unit which you cannot see. Otherwise the longbowman would never be able to use its 3 hex range unless it was on a hill, even with no forest inbetween.

It was an attempt at simplification for those who seemed confused. 3 range units would be an exception. No, even without indirect fire, you can shoot at a unit which you cannot see.
