Gains? You wish! Given the overwhelming superiority in drones, rockets, armor, artillery and shear size of their infantry, Azeris are embarrassing Turkey and have nothing to show for after a week of all out offensive. And this is while Turkey is doing everything to help, short of invading Armenia, while Russian response is eerily muted.

Meanwhile, Iranian media reports that Turkey has closed its airspace to Iran since yesterday and does not allow Iranian planes to pass.
It is said that this action was taken after a Turkish drone invaded Iran’s skies in the border of Aslandooz and was shot down by the Iran air defense system. This drone intended to enter the airspace of the occupied territories along the Aras border lines by crossing Iran’s airspace and practically dragging Iran into the conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

The terrain is mountainous and heavily fortified by Armenia, so the Azeri difficulties are understandable. In Northern Syria it took months for government forces to achieve meaningful gains in 2016, despite complete control of the air by Russia. Iran is not particularly friendly to Turkey as well, there are rumors that Armenia is being supplied by Russian arms through Iran territory.

Israel is by now generally popular here, after the palestinians got betrayed by everyone.
I would expect Armenia to be anti-israel due to Israel still not recognizing the armenian genocide (I mean... that is quite impressive ).
