He doesn't look bad, I'd just add alittle more color to diversify his outfit alittle, maybe just so it doesn't look like a solid mass of black..

by the way I have a radeon 9800 pro with a crt flat screen, on the schools at my college, they have lcd moniters and when I view my work the colors look horrible, different tones of blacks stand out, but on my computer the blacks and other colors blend better. Im not sure if it is the moniters, video cards or computer settings

It looks ok here... though it does indeed look like a rabbi (without those weird "locks" they have), so perhaps you'd consider changing it a bit

I bought a new SATA harddrive (I dont see why people love it soo much) I on accident reformatted my IDE harddrive.... before I backed up the civ folder. So I lost all of sho hashi and the last era of Ho-chi.....
