A girl told you that you're not that ugly on this thread. If you persist in saying 'I have psychological problems in thinking I'm ugly' it's hard for us to understand why. You haven't contradicted her, you just insist that you have psychological problems. If you know about them, you can act differently. That's what having a mind means, and we're loathe to assume that you're mindless. So you're slightly overweight and maybe a 6 out of 10? Then you need to start doing some exercise. Go running to lose weight. Try just half an hour twice a week, since you've complained about lack of time. Every evening do press-ups until your arms buckle.
After 2 months you'll see a difference. Repetitive complaints about your negative self-image aren't helpful or interesting. If your body is so bad, do something about it. If you don't want to put the effort in, don't complain so much about the result.
If we tell you that whining and self-pity aren't attractive (to anyone, be they friends or potential girlfriends), it seems a bit odd to me that you reply with whining and self-pity.

@CG, if you stay the way you seem to be right now, it's a fact that you'll stay alone forever, or end up with a girl you don't want. TRUST ME on this.
But the good news is that you don't have to stay that way and the power to change is all in your hand. And women aren't even the first reason why you should change. Self-Esteem isn't something hard coded in your genes, it something that can really be worked on, trust me again, I've been there.
Your's has been lowered by things that happened in your past, how it will evolve in the future is completely up to you.
The sooner you realize that and stop acting like a victim, the sooner you'll feel better and start having chances at girls. You only got one life to live man, do the right choices.

To CG, considering how you kept on insisting that EVERY girl thinks you are fat and ugly, well, guess what? There are many people among the globe who thought the same way, and some which still do. I myself, am one of them, I always thought I was fat and ugly (I made a thread about it a few months back), but after a while I got used to it, and then I found a girl who liked me for just who I am. Just walking around with a thundercloud over your head won't help any. That will actually make girls stay away (most of the time). You have to understand that not every guy is destined to be a muscular guy. Same for the girls, not every girl will be that hot anorexic chick on that magazine. But trust me, there are people out there who like people for who they are. Looks aren't everything. Just be yourself, and lighten up a bit. You may still not be a very muscular guy, but you'll be leading a good life, and you'll have a better chance of getting a girl. Also, to the other guys in this thread who just keep on telling him to buff up, that advice is not exactly the best, why? Because that will actually make it worse for him. Because he is changing himself completely just to be with a girl, which could have bad results in the end.

Tbh its mainly a vibe from a person rather than actual acts. you get guys who have 'bad boy' vibes, but are actually really nice blokes and havent done anything to deserve it. Best way to get yourself out there is to get yourself out there, socialise, you don't necessarily have to be stunning or confident, my first girlfriend chatted me up and I aint no stunner.
