Official numbers for today 253 cases and 1 death. Which corresponds to what I see on the streets, hear from friends/co-workers and read in blogs.
Public events cancelled, schools closed, many companies switched employees to work from home. But no full lockdown, public transportation, shops and restaurants work as usual.
Some signs of panic buying, though it's still not a problem to buy non-perishables.

From my perspective, Russia treated the outbreak more seriously than Europe from the beginning. Borders with China were closed as soon as quarantine was declared there.
Mistake was not closing borders with Italy fast enough, most of our cases came from there.

Short answer it's good in Moscow/St.Petersburg, moderate in large cities and bad in remote regions.
Free healthcare in Moscow is better than in USA and comparable to EU/Canada. But in remote town somewhere in Urals, it would be much worse.

How much testing has been done though?
About 150000 tests for March 19. A bit more than in USA, less than in Germany.

Be glad Red man ! You have it better than Poland, Your country is so much bigger than ours ! On the other hand You got less tests available per capita.

Putin shut down everything non-essential till the end of April. It will hurt economy, but we'll survive, we always do.

Yes, we know of course what's happening abroad.
